Kong's Siu Lum Pai Christmas Party

Season's Greetings Kong's Siu Lum Pai! I hope this find you well. It has been an rough two years with Covid, but we have thankfully made it through so far. Thank you for everyone who attended our last party to celebrate Sifu Buck Sam Kong's Birthday.  We will be having our Christmast party as well as a makeup Birthday Party for Simo Nancy Kong. Due to our strict protocals, we were happy to report that we had zero infections or outbreaks as a result of our party.

For our Christmas party, we will be keeping strict Covid policies to ensure safety for all guests.

1) We are requiring all adults who attend to be fully vaccinated for this party. No  exceptions. With the rise of Omicron variant cases in Los Angeles county, one of our best protections is vaccination. You must have recieved full doses of either Pfizer, Moderna, or Johnson and Johnson vaccines.

*You will need to provide verification of vaccination to be seated. We will also verify your vaccine status online.

2)  It is our strong recommendation that all eligable adults recieve their booster vaccine dose. If it has been  at least 6 months since your last dose,  you should get your booster shot for Pfizer or Moderna. Johnson and Johnson recommmends getting a booster after 2 months of your first shot.

3) Children who are of elligible vaccine age must have at least had their first dose. Vaccines are for children 5 and older are available. For children who are 5 to 11 years of age, the Pfizer vaccine is available. For ages 12 and to 17, the Pfizer vaccine is also recommended. Ages 18 and up are eligible for Pfizer, Moderna or Johnson and Johnson.

4) For all individuals, please do a quick at home test or PCR test prior to the party. We realize many students in the Alhambra school district are tested weekly. Please show your negative test from your school.  

5) Please stay home if you are feeling any symptoms of illness. This includes runny nose, body aches, sneezing, cough, sore throat, vomiting or diarrhea, loss of taste or smell, nasal congestion, and/or headache and dizziness.

We will have Kong Siu Lum Pai Staff to check temperatures, as well as basic medical screening. If you have to undergo additional screening, be prepared to have a Covid Test done on site.

6) Please continue to wear a mask when walking around the party. You make take your maske off to eat or drink. But if you know you will be going to another table to talk to friends, please put you mask back on. This not only protects other attendees, but also restaraunt staff as well.
